I’m Lo, an optometrist living in the north east. I started my twenties in Florida earning my bachelors, then moved to the Midwest for Optometry school, and am now working in the northeast. Throughout the past 10 years, I have worked to curate and create the life I want. I have been passionate about the benefits of a incorporating plant-based diet, trying new recipes, skincare, learning about productivity and helping others.
